Vinyl filament offers unique advantages for 3D printing, particularly for large or solid (100% infill) prints. It does not degrade in storage and can be used directly without pre-drying or conditioning. Emitting minimal odour and no hazardous VOCs, it's a cleaner, safer material to work with.

This filament uses only non-toxic, benign additives and features a high-viscosity melt that ensures excellent dimensional stability—even at higher printing speeds. It is resistant to warping, does not stick to the build plate after cooling, and provides a smooth finish that can be sanded, painted, polished, or machined.

Naturally flame retardant, weather-resistant, and impermeable to water and oil, vinyl is also chemically resistant to many substances (refer to PVC compatibility charts for specifics).
